Free speech on Canadian university campus
There are 17 of these videos in this series or more and all can be viewed here. I have not seen them all yet and I am willing to bet there are better moments on some of the videos than the moments that were picked on this. However this short segment gives a pretty clear indication what will happen to you if you attempt to give a calm reasoned speech for a point of view currently out of fashion at a Canadian university. In fact, in Calgary worse has happened including harasment by the police by those who would hold openly anti laissez-faire views on abortion.

There is nothing to be proud of if you define arrogant, ignorant
verbal venom as “diversity of views.” A proud Canadian would want
to hear one of our intelligent, tolerant deserving Canadians speak
to us. The fact that you would invite one of the worst examples
of a “point-of-view” to be imported from the States bring your
own organization’s motives suspect. I doubt it’s an intellectual
quest for the “truth.” What a shame you think Ann Coulter is
anyone Canada should showcase. Canada is a better country than this.
