Wilders prosecution to go ahead: Dutch news.nl

This is outrageous. Will the Dutch hasve the courage to prosecute members of Islam for insulting Judaism or Christianity? I doubt it. Yet Muslims continue to disparage other religions as a matter of course.
I would like to begin a worldwide boycott of Dutch products if this man is convicted of this absurd charge.
I am disgusted with the Dutch and thier spineless government.

The Amsterdam officials have already decided the verdict. So adament are they that they must try Wilders for hate speech and discrimination, there could be no verdict other than guilty!

I had fallen in love with Amsterdam and visited often. However, two years ago I imposed my own boycott on Europe because it was evident that European nationals were becoming second class citizens in their own countries.

I hope that others do the same. Boycott all things European! And let’s hope for the best for Geert! I adore him.

GeertWilders is no great man.
Ofcourse it is true that we shouldn’t allow muslims to insult us when we aren’t allowed to insult them.

But have you ever heard a muslim MP insult another religion like THIS in parlement?

The man came with the idea to SHOOT marocan troublemakers!!! While in The Hague the same kind of violence is normal after the local football match EACH WEEKEND.

I’m intrested to see if he gets a sentence for this.

I ask myself the question: To what extent is country X a people with a government, or a government with a nation. Where a nation, England for example, is a government with a people, they will be on the side of the bureaucracy. Watch the BBC and you will have a very clear idea of what side they are on. Where a nation is a people with a government, let’s say the USA of a few years ago, there would be solid immunity to the issues facing much of the world today. As for the USA of today, the noise is so loud from all sides, its very difficult to know exactly how things may play out.

I feel a shamed of my own country.

Believe me, millions of my fellow dutchies agree with Wilders, but unfortunatly everyone is too chickenshit to open their mouth.

I am sure wilders will win this trial, but will be shot to death the moment he comes out of the courtroom.

So please, don’t ‘digust’ the dutch, we can’t do shit… even if we want to..

Wilder’s film does not create hatred of Muslims. The actions of Muslims in the film may create hatred of them to those who find those actions repugnant and not in the interests of a liberal democratic society. The same can be said of Nazis and communists. If I made a film about how Nazis behaved in the 1040s before most people knew what they believed and were doing, it would have created a lot of hatred towards Nazis. Frankly, I think thats a good thing. Have a listen to the average ‘sermon’ from the average mosque. The one I just heard was in Toronto, was an hour long, and the entire thing was nothing more than a call to Toronto Muslims to hate the kufar and establish Islamic primacy.
I think the rest of us better know about it and now.

The depictions and text in the film Fitna was only assembled from already existing sources by Wilders, not invented by him!

He included real quotes from the Koran, not ones of his own invention. He included actual news footage of Bombings and other violence which had already been assigned to the actions of Islamists. If he is convicted of a crime for this, then any news organization which shows a TV clip or newspaper article depicting a bomb blast which Islamists have taken credit for, or showing an angry muslim crowd could be convicted of the same crime of offending Islam.

Any mention of Islam can be deemed offensive in the public square, at the whim of Islamists who say they are offended.

Even though I agree with freedom of speech to the fullest and Geert has the right to be against Muslim but extremists. Unlike hating on extremists or those who take credit for bombings and such, he hates all Muslims; now that’s where the prosecution should come. But don’t think I will leave these extremists out, they should know that when in a country they are to respect the laws of that country as they have been “commanded” by the prophet. They are simply misusing rights given to them by the Dutch and the Dutch are to blind to see it. If I was in Dutchland (i know it’s not called that :D)… I’d simply just send all these extremists on a one way ticket back to the sands they came from. “You came here, we gave food, clothed you, sheltered you, and now you are unthankfull and are being total morons by trying to take away from us. Your time has come up, now GTFO.” That is all I would say to these extremists. However, leave these other peaceful Muslims there who have integrated and are respectful of the laws of the country.

I personally don’t care about the laws in Muslim countries that limit the rights of minorities, for they are not democracies and especially far from the standards that countries like the Netherlands and Switzerland exude..at least in doctrine and words. Of course, Muslim Arabs in Israel have all the same rights and perhaps more than Israeli citizens do in Israel. Recently, a person or persons where killed in the West Bank for selling land to a jew. Thats right. They killed one of their own for daring to sell land to a Jew in West bank. This example, as opposed to your fabricated one, is a much more reliable indicator of what tolerance actually is. Israel, gives all equal rights to all, even those who seek the destruction of that nation. Meanwhile, in the rest of the middle east, no rights are afforded to Jews at all even as persons. This is easily verified by anyone through google. So I think its safe to state clearly who is tolerant, and who is not.

Muslims frequently take their issues to the Israeli supreme court by direct petition and when the case merits it, they win. Which is often. Meanwhile, there is no supreme court in Gaza or the west bank. There are sharia ones though. I doubt they give much equal weight of law to Jews or Christians.
When the Israelis unilaterally pulled out of Gaza some years ago however, the Gazanians did smash burn and otherwise destroy several hydroponic greenhouses which actually grew food profitably and had been left for them intact for that purpose. They also destroyed several ‘holy sites’ to Jewish people. As much as I do not believe in imbuing a place with ‘holiness’ I can’t help but notice how the Muslim communities world wide act when a mere rumour surfaces that a koran has been mistreated by an infidel. Such a rumour cost the lives of many Christian families in Pakistan and weeks of riots in Greece.

It isn’t Wilders who is promulgating hatred, it is the radical Muslim community. They hide behind rights that they haven’t earned, don’t believe in, and wouldn’t defend.

When is the West going to wake up and fight back against these miserable barbarians?

I feel that a religious war is upcoming here in Europe. Continents like the USA are too far off the Islamic center to be the first to start a religious war with them. Daily the exasperation against Islam is growing, each weekends there are fights between Muslim youth and native Europeeans. I carry hatred towards extreme Muslims, not towards Islam as a whole. I am Dutch myself and you can clearly see that clash is far from over. In fact it is a very logic result caused primarily by immigration and migration. When two groups of people who do not share the same thoughts/culture start to mingle it causes tensions, issuees, collisions and ultimately war. Many people think about these kind of incidents way too deeply because of ”civilisation” or costudy or culture. If we put all that shit aside we basically are very high evolved formed of very primitive life-forms such as animals, and that is the problem really; because we have this ”intelligence” we make everything more complicated than it really is. I swear that the things I just said here are just too simple for people to even think about. In the end though this will go wrong and I fear a greater war than we have ever seen which will separate cultures. A world war III is up and coming, might take 10 year, might take 100 or even more…but it’s coming allright!
